Project Overview
Google Pay is one of the most widely used digital payment apps in India. While it offers a smooth payment process, some users face challenges with quick navigation, repetitive actions, and lack of contextual features that could improve decision-making during transactions. This redesign project aims to enhance speed, personalization, and safety for users, focusing on day-to-day convenience.
Problem Statement
Cluttered Interface – Multiple payment options shown without priority for frequently used ones.
No proactive payment guidance – Users have to search or remember recipients and billers every time.
Lack of clear transaction limit alerts – People often find out about limits only after a failed transaction.
Limited accessibility for non-typing users – No quick voice-based payment option.

Enhance transaction safety with proactive alerts.
Make payments accessible for all types of users.
